This great forum is disintegrating very quickly - here is how to stop it

The forum lasted for many years because it achieved a bit of a balance - trying to change it will inevitably result in its disintegration.

This is getting worse than I thought and pretty quickly - mods even banning mods ffs.

My proposal - VOTE right now to make your words count: I say take off power of all new 3 mods and ban them all for a month just to be sure. Unban all the people they banned - let General be what it successfully was for the last decade (I think I discovered it 8 years ago).

Vote now and vote wisely - I put up nearly the same vote weeks ago but everyone thought to give mods the chance, well you effing did now look what's going on.

Vote now and vote quick before I get banned and this thread gets deleted.

P.S. I don't care if I get 0 posts - movement of Word Associations threads means jack to me since bloody spasguru beaten me conclusively on his stupid thread anyway - so all competition on the largest thread is off anyway

if you employ 3 new staff in a dept and the dept has 1 of the 3 starting to overrule you as director do you sack the whole dept.? scary place to work if you ask me..

It's a roll back - new mods destroyed the balance, the only way to be sure is to fully roll back. Nuking from orbit isn't an option at the moment so banning them all is the only way to sure.

Any mod should get banned for a fairly long period of time - this way they'd appreciate what it is to be banned and thus, hopefully, appreciate that banning people is the last resort.

mods are really quite 20 century

legally no mods are the way to go

and less rules
