It is trying to find a compromise between my obvious tightness and her liking of upmarket hotels.
Gleneagles will be 250->300 a room for a night then 6 or 7 quid a pint.

I know that - it's the other side of the loch from the village, as you're heading towards the Rest and be Thankful? Some lovely walking and diving around there.Originally posted by Churchill View Posthttp://www.fascadail.com/ <----- That's where we're staying!Comment

Nope, it's on the same side of the loch as the village, turn left at the church.Originally posted by Menelaus View PostI know that - it's the other side of the loch from the village, as you're heading towards the Rest and be Thankful? Some lovely walking and diving around there.

And lovely it is too but there's now conditions on buying in Arrochar because it's in the national park, you've got to live and work there. I've suggested in the past putting myco base there...would seem to have the desired effect.Originally posted by Churchill View PostNope, it's on the same side of the loch as the village, turn left at the church.
