    One of the best training regimes for it, find a bloody big hill and spend your time sprinting up and jogging down.

    All the best for the training, and no matter the result you’ll have an amazing time.

        FFS I have had to change my team over 5 times due to injury!

        Bad news for England all the same

          Look's like I'll have to change mine as well.

            Donncha O’Callaghan pulled out on Thursday with a training injury.
            Riki Flutey’s pulled out today with a training injury.
            Jean-Baptiste Elissalde; injured in training.

            That’s three of my selections crocked in training. I shall be writing stern letters of disapproval to the international coaches to express my disappointment; I lend them my best players and they go and break them!

              I thought Gethin Jenkins was out to injury as well but seemingly he's on the team list for the weekend.

                From the ESPNScrum e-mail;
                Wales have also been hit by a late blow after Gethin Jenkins failed a late fitness test on Thursday,

                  I’ve analysed the team selections of CM and norrahe and I think I can see a pattern emerging.

                    Just went to remove Flutey from my team...turns out I didn't have him in there in the first place.

                    Injuries (so far) don't seem to have negatively impacted my team...but I'm sure my insistence on including the max Scottish players probably will!

                    Can guarantee Nathan Hines will lose me a few points for yellow/red cards...but his fouls are good enough to justify having him in my team anyway (any points awarded for spectacular fouls?)

                      Well CM, needs to rethink some of hers, as there are a few non players in it.

                      I've since made some revisions and I still have one or two that might be changed.

                      I've got a phone interview in 10 minutes so my mind is elsewhere.
