What I think is missing on my iPod is the ability to queue music as I browse while listening to one tune. Sort of building a type of dynamic playlist.

good question. i've generally found that itunes have the biggest selection and de facto means you buy from them. if amazon have something it will be the same price or slightly cheaper (but sometimes substantially cheaper). the other stores don't have the back catalogue and are generally not competetive on price. but it is a while since i last downloaded anything and will run a comparison check against the 3 albums i have decided to get to see if there are any better places to go.
