Just to add to it, it's annual appraisal time again.
Feck me, it's worth being on the dole to avoid all this tedious tendentious Human Remains crap.

This one is a 3rd year (on his 4th or 5th actual year as I recall).
I have my fingers & claws crossed that he's going to pass & that'll be the end of it...
