I've replied to general posts an anger and then decided against it - bit like when you first receive that anoying email.

I know exactly what you mean -I received one such email less than an hour ago, and the angry response is waiting in my "Drafts" folder.

I plan on writing a plugin for Outlook that detects angry responses, and provides an opportunity for review and revision.
