Saying that, a woman I used to work with appeared on the Beeny programme 4 or 5 years ago... tarting up some POS terrace further up the Swansea valley.

She got £60k for it at the time...

And there was another one who tarted up an even bigger POS terrace in Neath, though I've never been able to figure out conclusively where it is.
