Just had an email reminding me that I will have to take part in ClientCo's annual file review, and the email reminding me of this will be issued by ClientCo's former ParentCo.

I subjected this email to my own, more stringent, immediate file review.

I too have implemented that policy. And set up an email rule to automatically enforce said policy in the future.
