I'm absolutely "tip top"!

I've got to deliver a report in Luton and then a nice leisurely drive to Manchester and the rest of the weekend is my own!

I'm looking forward to the "do" tomorrow and on Saturday we're of to girly's Xmas party!

What's with the abstaining from tea and coffee? Some dodgy penance?

I am also looking forward to the do. Though I am wondering what time people will be turning up? I usually leave at 3:30 so will be there about 3:45 unless I do extra which I am not keen on as a daily rate.

I was very very ill 2 weeks ago and could hardly eat for 4 days - so decided to give up caffeine again. I have been sleeping better and more energy so I think it is worth it.
