Magic keypresses with the lid shut, magic keypresses with the lid open, magic keypresses with the lid locked.

I'd also forgotten that it had a lid tamper switch in addition to the cable continuity...

All negated by the cunning plastics design that changed my 100dB siren into the equivalent of a bee in a jampot.
