how is it going?

Head hurts.

I have been up for hours doing the calcs for moving a 300 ton floating dam.
Could not get the displacement calcs to conform to anything near reality.
I have a sneaking suspicion that at some time in the past the Docks board (as it was then) pumped about 200 ton of concrete into the lower ballast chambers. Will have to put a man in SCBA to check it out (the air in the caisson is foul).

Can't they be done by excel?

If the air is foul - dont send a man - send a woman! they love the smell of nappies so will be fine!!

I must phone up about a flu jab at 9am. IBs used to offer these to contractors as well as permies - now just the permies.

presumably this is a good IR35 pointer!

Flu jabs do not start at bluewater boots until MOn 13th October. Is that a bit later this year - or am I just getting old and forgetful?
