I have superdrug Glucosamine+chondroiton.

It says...

Glucosamine 393mg provided by Glucosamine Sulphate 500mg, chondroiton Sulphate 400mg. How do they work that out?

Pack says 1 tablet per day...

Mine is just Glucosamine 500mg, and the RDA says 3 a day. it can vary on weight, but I'm no doctor.
