no specific memory that i could say is my earliest. i have a jumble of memories of being 3 or 4 being at home, playing with animals in the garden, going to nursery school etc.

Yes - a lot. At one stage I was picked up and thrown sideways into a wall, bruising my whole side.

When my parents complained that the staff at the school did nothing about it, the head told them that being bullied was "character building".
