Morning made it safe and sound to mine (68 miles). Annoyingly its motorway all the way and takes 55 minutes so I do it twice daily. Poor, poor car..

Much better for poor, poor car than start stop in traffic for 3 miles every morning & evening.

Everything gets nice & hot & dries out.

Everyone hates each other really. But its tpd so we have to be nice. Naughty SM - any more of this and we shall have to get admin to remove his tpd access.

mrs 5* did her first running race this weekend. The course was quite hilly and as a result her time wasnt that great.
She finished 284th and is a bit dissapointed about that. However we monitored her stats from the race and she ran her fastest mile and her fastest 5km during the race.

Think she would benefit from running with other runners as they will lift her pace
