So pissed off right now, trying to fix a defect in a legacy component of the project, no resources from that Phase are available, so we have me (Environments) a BA, a Tech Lead who has no technical experience of either products we are working with and a Data Migration Analyst. It was never handed officially to support so they are washing their hands of it, and when ever I try to speak to someone who was involved in the earlier phase they just keep saying "Well we told them this wouldn't work at the time" but refuses to say anything in public

And to make things worse I think I am coming down with something, just exactly what I DON'T need as its my weekend with the kids coming up

Crap PM sends out the plan yesterday. I reply with my comments, as do others. New plan comes out.

This morning on our conference call, PM then tells everyone "I didn't get anything back from TF, so I had to publish the plan and hope it's fine".

I politely explained that when I provide feedback, and that feedback is adopted, I don't expect to have to go through it again and say "yes, that's fine now that you've adopted my feedback".

He's the one person on the project with an IT degree, which makes for a VERY dangerous PM.
