Rubbish! Eat loads of fruit and veg. Plenty of water. Lots of meat. Little carbs. Your energy levels will soon get up and you will be cycling 5 days a week. Oh and try to get some lunchtime daylight.
Trust me. I know what I am talking about. Someone in general told me so it MUST be true.....
