Just had the 2nd esteemed customer of the day knocking on the door. (Never seen this cove before, unlike the esteemed first year customer earlier).
I eventually (after turning the Hawkwind down) understood that he'd like the computer lab opened.
It was like 20 questions.
"Are you the technician".
Yes, I'm a technician.
"Blah blah".
Yes. Very interesting, what (tf) do you want?
"Blah blah computer room blah".
Oh, you'd like me to open the computer lab on the next floor for you?
"Blah blah yes please".
Hokily dokily, glad we got that straightened out.
