        Time to take the hard drive out of this laptop and go back it up.

              Laptop is both physically and metaphorically in pieces.

              Tried to do the upgrade, which had a few issues.

              When I rebooted, I had the "new feature" of the return key, backspace and delete not working. Of course, it's perfectly intuitive to use ^M instead of return.....
