            1 - I had nothing to do with the production code. It was written by a carp Indian consultancy. I was brought in to re-write it.

              2 - I have no access to their production system. I don't have a login, and I don't even have an address to go to to try and log in. Which limits the amount of expert help and guidance I can provide.

                Oh - just remembered a third problem - THEY AREN'T PAYING FOR ME ANY MORE!!!

                Different project for a different part of the company are, but these cretins aren't stumping up any cash.
