I really can't take any more of this reactive politicking.

Methinks tis time to move on.

Should have listened to my gut feel in the interview.

Don't do anything hasty or rash.

Oh dear, what's your notice period? Are you going to wait until you have something else before you jump? Or is it so bad you just want out ASAP?

It went past tipping point yesterday when the project sponsor who has no understanding of how to manage a project said to the it director that I was wasting company money.

doesn't help that said it director keeps changing tack and then makes me look bad in the process

Notice period is a month. Yes it is bad, but jumping ship without a safety net is a baaad idea

Been to the Job Centre. The staff are unhappy: they've been told there are to be redundancies. I think any temporary workers they had have already gone.

Saw a sign in a solicitor's window this morning.

                  Specialists in:
                  - wills
                  - contracts
                  - 1st time divorce
"1st time divorce"? Who is in their first marriage and already knows they are going to be divorced, remarry and divorce again?

Are they looking forward to being on the other side of the desk? Maybe then they'll realise what a bunch of useless gobtulipes most of them are
