been out al day today - boy was it cold.

All showered and shaved for the first time in 4/5 days.

Still it was good to get out and help someone in need

off to take DD2 kick boxing / instructing in 10 mins - my mind is willing but my body doesn't seem to be responding too well to the ibuprofen

Hoooge fillet steaks with some bearnaise and roasted shrooms for dinner this evening, just back from the farmer (also got tempted by a leg of lamb and some of his own cured streaky).

Decanted the St Emillion, just have to make the bearnaise.

Sounds nice, we're lunching it with Mr Norrs mum tomorrow and then heading back from Kent on Sunday morning so could have lamb in the evening.
