My back will get better with age - my symptoms are most common in people aged 30-50. The glucosamine and diclofenac help alot too...

That's because most of them die at 51...

I had to go to superdrug earlier - more glucosamine.

At the moment I need pills for my back, knee and neck.

I'm on those 7 seas cod liver oil, glucosamine & contriwotsits, ibuprofen for my knee, and Vitamin E, vitamin B, and Vitamin C + Zinc...

I rattle a bit.
