After seeing the forms messages (which weren't me!!), I always just put "QQ" in as my debug messages. Always easy to find when I need to
I've never left a rude message in any code - although I did get my contract cancelled once for leaving a stroppy comment in the code that I was working on.Comment

I've been very careful since the BT business (luckily I noticed it myself when doing some minor maintenance) but in today's case I really should have remembered to get the relevant redirect into the server config - unfortunately I have to get another chap to do that on the live server, and the .htaccess file on my local server concealed the problem from me
The sooner we get the proper development server set up, the better
