              The printer believed that it had enough black ink to keep going, but it turned out the nozzles were clogged - I haven't used it in nearly a year.

              It then refused to do a nozzle clean because it was low on cyan.



              I think I'll just write down the number and take it to the shop

                  If it's been left that long, exchange it. the ink will have set too hard for a printer head clean to work.
