Last week my hotel put me in a room that was already occupied

On holiday in the Isle of Man ten or so years ago we were stood at Reception waiting for the person in front of us to check in so we could collect our keys.

We watched as the Receptionist booked this bloke into OUR room!

Good job we were there.

Since then we have NEVER left valuables in a hotel room.
