We will not be going back to the last one. Besides the inability to check in on the Sunday, there was no hot water on Friday morning and breakfast was so slow we left before it was served.
When I complained to the manager before leaving, he denied there was a problem and said he was on site when we could not check in. Hey ho.
Obviously, I shall be telling EVERYONE at CLientCo what I think of the hotel.

Still, it's only the second time they've mucked up since last June, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
