    Not too bad now
Do you live nearby? Or commute in weekly and stay in hotel/b&b?

Most who work in LOndon seem to commute weekly.

Personally I live in New Eltham - very easy commute every day. trains to London bridge/cannon street/waterloo east/charing cross. I try to work within walking distance of those.

I rarely drink - but I do love toast and marmite! If I could eat fruit for breakfast at weekends I would be fine.
I want to lose about another 4-5 stone (I lost a couple of stone last year but met the new Mrs BATTS and put it back on as we went out for meals). We are both on the diet so it does help with mutual support.

Ahh, marmite on hot toast, lovely
