Finally made it up the motorway
Joined at J4 at around 14:30, all hunky-dory until J15 - J15A when we ground to a halt.
Took over an hour to travel the next eight miles
Big accident, according to my mum (who I always phone as soon as I get home on Fridays to re-assure her that I survived the journey, although oddly I don't phone her after I travel down on Mondays and she doesn't worry about that).
She told me that I'd be able to check the details on Teletext
She's never really grasped the nature or purpose of this Internet thingy... bless her
