Well - mortgage agreed in principle. Sent in supporting documentation for formal agreement. So far, it's taken 4 days to assess that documentation.

It's a 20 minute job FFS!!

Loved the woman who'd bought a number of properties sight unseen & now owes £700k... in the process of going bankrupt.

It was all about the scam of inflating the value of the property submitted to the land registry... while giving discounts to the buyer.
