If I had one of our fine English Pounds for each and every time someone said something like 'Oh, we've sent some stuff to a printers/national newspaper or some such, and it had a web address with more information etc, and we forgot to tell you about it - could you "rustle up" some pages for us please?' I'd be a millionaire.Comment
