I don’t want to get too into it but this testing and tracking script I started installing on one of my sites today needs to use a MSQL db so I created one but don’t know what I should do next. It has a user and I set the permission to % but it hasn’t got any fields or anything..

Does the script create the fields?

There’s nothing covering the db creation in the manual…

Have you downloaded phpmyadmin ? this is a gui front end for managing your mysql db

There's a PHPmyadmin option on my web host, I just don't know if I need to set up the database at all or if the tracking script will do it for me.

would guess it will do it all for you, you will just need to create a database that it has access to. It should then create the tables and fileds required. If it doesn't you are probably missing the DB setup script (or a bunch of documentation)
