      I reckon what's happened is that it's tried to output the PostScript as plain text, one line to a page.

      Luckily somebody from management is convinced that they cocked it up, and there was also a 4-sheet paper jam, so the whole situation is now totally confused - and the IT bloke is now getting even further confused by the uninformed speculations of the manager's admin assistant

                My advice is remove the configuration, take a long lunch, come back and start spreading it around that person x bollocked the printer
