well I beasted the users. they are quiet for now.

refurbishment and re-opening times can vary wildly. the newer departments can be accepting new business in weeks (though a few months is more usual). the other extreme is years for those departments that suffered major upheaval.

things are alot better now the days are getting longer. i have plenty of problems but just dont care.

we have a support team in NY for the users there - though I help out on complex issues. I support Ldn and HK. The HK are the worst - we get so many stupid qus it is just not true.
