Well if she's pregnant about three quarters of the way through she'll prolly get a bit randy as the hormones start messing about, but then it's back to waiting.....

After the baby has arrived she'll prolly be bleeding for a few weeks and worried that her bits will fall off if she does anything. Should have got over it after 3 months.

but that all said it is a happy happy time, and deffo worth it

Takes longer to "get back in the saddle" after baby 1 than later ones, if that's any consolation.

Friend of mine has been told that she can't have another natural child birth, as the first one basically grabbed hold as she came out and ripped lumps out of her mum.

I suspect that it might have hurt a touch.
