Our warm up for Rugby was
Start at the try line
run to 5 yard line, 5 press ups, back to try line
run to 22, 10 sit ups, back to try line
run to 10 metre line, 10 press ups, back to try line
run to half way, 20 sit ups, back to try line
run to opposition 10 metre line, 20 press ups, back to try line
run to opposition 22, 30 sit ups, back to try line
run to opposition 5 yard line, 30 press ups, back to try line
