I assume you're using IE...
If you're using IE 7 you may have to hold down the Alt key for a moment or two to get the menu bar to appear.
On the "View" menu go into the "Explorer Bar" submenu and select "History". A sidebar will open up with the history of pages viewed in it.
If "Today" is not expanded, click on it and it will show a list of stuff, with the most recent at the top.
Find the offending entry and right-click on it. Select "Delete" from the context menu and away it goes.
Repeat as necessary.
And that's my TPD 3K wasted on a damsel in distress... ho humComment
