I've got to get the car insurance sorted out. They tried to take the money from my credit card, but it was refused.
However an examination of my card statement reveals that there were ample funds available on the date they claim to have tried to take payment.
I hate using the bloody phone. Why can't I sort these things out online? Are we cave dwellers? Have we yet to discover fire?Comment
