£10,000 for changing the issue to be a routine report, rather than a one off.
£50,000 to produce the stats report + (yes, £50k again, read the contract)
£25,000 to make them a routine report.

£75,000 for the change requests to fix the bugs.

£150,000 haggling over the report content and doing the subsequent change requests.

£free for EDS to illegally send the report source data outside the EU and lose it.

£free for the government to cover up the fact EDS have lost the data.

Its no threat. "the people" already have already got in Aceenture who have got 50 coders in India on this.

The fact that it should be ready in 2012 at cost of £2m is irrelevant.
