Really, don't worry. Denny is angry. She'll always be angry, you were just the unlucky one it got directed at yesterday.

It'll be OK, she's probably pointed her anger beam back at Malvolio by now

I think Denny has managed to fall out with most people on most of the bulletin boards she has ever posted on.

Really, don't let it worry you.

Whingeing. Going on about their pay. Taking sickies. "Working from home" at the golf course. Spending all day making tea. Asking contractors how to be a contractor. Doing a rubbish job and moving on before the blame gets dished out. Getting in at 9:30, taking 2 hours for lunch, leaving at 4 yet managing to accrue half a day flexi-time at the same time.

I think most permies are highly skilled in a number of areas.

She doesn't understand nice, she only knows angry. Maybe her PM was her way of coming onto you

Its not worth it, it will not be reciprocated.

And don't try to argue with her on anything, she has one of those minds that will never be changed by what anyone will say.

I think I have made that mistake against my better judgement in General. We'll see what happens.

                  I can just imagine...

Manager: "Oi, you there! Giant Alien Lizard! Get your green scaly arse into my office."

                  Zeity: "What?"

Manager: "I want to talk to you about your performance."

                  Zeity: <CHOMP!>

                  End of discussion.

It's so true. Especially the asking about how to be a contractor part. Makes me cross it does. They wish they had the balls to do it and then slag us off behind our backs because we make them feel like under-achievers
