Six months I've been working in London (come the end of this week) and I think I've had an evening meal larger than a sandwich precisely twice.

Which given that I don't usually have any more than a sandwich for lunch means that I've lived for six months almost entirely on sandwiches.

The following is of no help to you at all...

I ran an 24x7 hour operations team in central London. We kept the company's "take-away delivery guide": a directory of menus of eateries of every type under the sun that between them delivered 24x7.

That is, whatever you wanted, whatever the day, whatever the time, we knew who would deliver it to the office door.

The overnight ops boys were full of incredibly useful info of where to go / what to do / how to survive in the middle of the night. They could even do their Xmas shopping between 01:00 and 04:00 because they knew they could skive off for those hours without anyone noticing (i.e. without me telling them off).
