A sign that now is the time to do a full backup - it'll probably all go wrong shortly...

The main machine is due to pop it's clogs sometime soon but I took a full backup the weekend before last and not much has changed workwise since then.

I think I'll follow Cailin's advice and now have one machine for gaming and arsing around and the other for work

Apparently the benevolent billionaires of California have sent us our corporate Christmas presents, which will be available for collection on Wednesday during a specific timeslot determined by your surname.

It gives you a warm glow...

The nature of the gift is not specified, but the other month we were told to put our shirt/jacket size on our profile pages on the intranet... and those who failed to do so have a different collection time... so I'm guessing it's probably going to be a bag of sweets, with sugar-free ones for the people who are deemed too fat
