A professor at Carnegie Mellon University in the US found out in September that he had advanced pancreatic cancer and had about 6 months to live. The video is the last lecture he delivered, and he tried to sum up everything important he'd learned during his life. Then right at the end he reveals the lecture isn't for the students, but for his three small children.
Well worth a watch if you ever find yourself bored.
