I have to keep drinking though. It's rude not to when there's a bottle of wine open.

The tricky bit though is deciding what meat to have to go with the wine.Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.

There's a Chinese restaurant almost directly over the road from me, but it got done by the council hygiene people about twelve years ago, and that put me off it.Comment

After some rather disapponting news from Five Times about Wii availability in France, I've decided not to take a trip over the channel and instead to order a case of wine for Xmas instead. Has anyone ever used Laithwaites?ǝןqqıʍComment

There's a Chinese in Hemel Hempstead that is head 'n' shoulders above any other I've ever been to. Set up by a young bloke with his head screwed firmly on.
The kitchen is completely open plan - you can see everything going on. It is spotless - no cleaner than that. Immaculate.
On Friday to Sunday they have at least 14 staff working. A telephone order can take up to 2 hours to be ready. Not because they are slow - they are just SO popular.
Generous portions, very friendly staff, very nice food.
