You eat a lot of Mackerel .

Personally, I love it any way it comes, especially smoked properly.
Unfortunately, our excellent local fish mongers has had to close, they had supply problems, usually supply the restaurant trade and only have a small amount of walk ins.

I hope they survive this, it would be a real shame to lose them
