Went for a walk along the prom with the twins. I was being REALLY annoying - one has to make sure they go to university in September.

Ah yes, clock change.

I'm usually right on that but not this time it seems.

Headache is now in day 3 of lingering about. I have a blood pressure measuring device so I dug that out, discovered the batteries had died, replaced those and then checked I'm not about to pop an artery. I'm not. Nice and low as usual (105/64 for those that want to know). Resting heart rate of 69 which isn't too bad considering I do feck all exercise.
