          Last of the sliced roast beef out of the freezer in a wholemeal bap for lunch

          I forgot to buy any lunch stuff when I was shopping last week, so I'm rapidly using up all my reserves this week. But I'll be roasting a chicken tonight, so at least the soup mine will be refilled soon.
