Being an extremely sad sod, I transferred a lot of the files from CP/M to dos & then wrote a utility to change the sytem date of the file to correspond with the date inside the file.

I'm still not entirely sure why I did that.

Must have been bored or something.

For the life of me, I can't think of any logical reason for doing so, Renam not simple enough
