Pork and beans for tea. I made this yesterday by leaving pinto beans to soak overnight, then drained them and dumped them in the slow cooker for the day. Then I chopped up the leftover pork joint from Sunday, chucked in a couple of cans of tomato, some paprika and some cayenne and pissed off to the pub for another couple of hours. It was dead good yesterday and i'm expecting it to be even better tonight.
