In other news, the pissy old ladies' lighting circuits don't have any earth. So there's another grand to rewire all that lot too. Of more pressing concern is the damage this will do to the plaster as the wire from the sockets is ripped out an replaced. And again, it's not so much the cost it's the fact that everyone is stacked out with work so getting trades lined up is a pitaComment

All of which means, I haven't bothered with the new washing machine I was going to buy from Currys in the Black Friday thing. I'll wait till I actually need one. It's not as though there aren't almost constant sales on these days anyway.Comment
