Less than 3 weeks in the new job in London, and been given 4 weeks notice! The company was sold 5 weeks to another company and they are getting rid of about 75% of the staff. Seems to be happening increasingly frequently.

Unlabelled casserole out of the back of the freezer turned out to be chicken with red wine sauce from a few months ago. Add chips and peas, and the expression "success on a plate" springs to mind
